Heroku H14 error (No Web Process running)

Recently I had this problem even though heroku ps said everything was up and running and I had one web worker running.

However, a quick turn it off and on again and everything was good:

heroku restart

Heroku have a detailed list of error codes and solutions that are well worth a look at.

Yeah i have found a 'heroku restart' has sorted out a couple of Heroku oddities recently. Worth remembering to try before digging too deep.
